A-1 Chemdry Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

TJ came out same-day as I called, rather than me being scheduled out, which was great considering the huge accident our lab had in our son's bedroom. He was so friendly and professional. He explained everything to me and what might benefit having in terms of after-care product to get us through until next year. Great company to have take care of all flooring needs.

Travis helped us out with our service. He took the time to explain our options, very well detailed and patient. Amazing customer service and he remembered us from a few years ago. We have two dogs, with one being a puppy. He was able to get out all of our stains and make our carpet smell fresh and clean. We even have a little dog and Travis made sure our little guy was secure before leaving the door open. I couldn’t say more positive things about Travis and the whole team?

I had my carpets cleaned today and was really pleased with the results. First, Rafael was very professional and thorough and extremely helpful. He was willing to help with anything I needed and really work hard on some of the area's that had some spots that I did not know if they could be cleaned. Called Monday about 2:30pm to schedule a 2 room cleaning, I felt fortunate to get the appointment the next day between 12-2pm and was given a price for 400 Sq feet. The cleaner came did a good job but charged 20% more than what I was quoted during the phone call the day before measuring 360 Sq feet. When I called the company about the additional charge, she said was that prices changed since I was given the quote (23 hours ago?) I didn't want to dispute the charge and try to get something for nothing but wanted to clarify customer servicing I mean 20% extra. She finally did offer 20% off my next service, and finally some understanding. IF I go with them again, because the cleaning was good, I'll get a WRITTEN quote perhaps with legal review first. This company reached out and I received a refund of over charge. Upped the star rating from 3 to 5 the cleaning was great. Thank you!
